    The article aims at elaboration of a unified device of one size for children and adults, ensuring fixation and gentle stretching of tissues of the shoulder girdle, as well as reposition of bone fractures after breaking the collarbone, blade, and proximal segment of the shoulder bone. The device corresponds to the purpose, ensuring the functions of transportation and treatment splint for patients with damaged bones of the shoulder girdle. One size of the splint is used for children of different age and adults of various sizes. The splint is easy and comfortable to use. It allows disinfection and washing.
