The purpose of this study was investigation of the combination of rhonchopathy with concomitant chronic pathology of nasopharynx — Tornwaldt’s disease. This disease was revealed in 57 cases in 285 patients with rhonchopathy. The patients were examined, including endoscopy of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, and polysomnography. The medical examination visualized the characteristic features of nasopharyngeal bursa in patients with rhonchopathy. According to the study results, methods of conservative and surgical treatment applied — minimally invasive endonasal interventions, molecular resonance ablation of uvula and soft palate.
