The article presents the results of minimally invasive treatment of 245 patients with hemorrhoidal disease of different stages under local anesthesia. Local anesthesia was performed with Naropin solution in the dosage of 0.5%-80.0. In all cases an adequate anesthetic effect was achieved when performing minimally invasive manipulation. The duration of surgery was 30 minutes, duration of anesthesia was 5 hours. The intervention was conducted in an outpatient setting. After a brief observation, the patients were released with recommendations. No complications associated with the anesthetic were observed.
Key words: chronic hemorrhoids, local anesthesia, hemorrhoid desarterization.
