The impact of late diagnosis on the outcome of ectopic pregnancy

The purpose — to share the experience of pregnancy management with the placenta presentation and incretion into the scar at a gestation period of over 12 weeks.
Main provisions: the growth of operative delivery is associated with an increase in the number of women of reproductive age planning a second and subsequent pregnancy with a scar on the uterus. We describe a rare example of the management of a patient with the placenta presentation and incretion into the scar after conservative and surgical therapy.
