The article presents the clinical results of selective micropulse laser treatment (IQ 577) with individually selected energy parameters for acute central serous chorioretinopathy. We analyzed the results of treatment of 11 patients after 1 and 3 months. After 1 month, all patients had positive dynamics. The average corrected visual acuity (BCVA) improved up to 0.98±0.04. The fovea thickness according to the optical coherent tomography data decreased to 234.3±13.4 μm. Subretinal fluid (SRF) was completely resolved in 9 cases at the end to 1-st month, and in 2 cases at the end of 3 months. Retinal sensitivity in the central zone increased up to 28.9±0.4 dB on average.
Key words: central serous chorioretinopathy, selective micropulse laser treatment, testing of parameters.
