Technological maps as a tool of the ophthalmic services evaluation

Special technological maps for the key functions of ophthalmic services (staffing and equipment) were developed; analysis was made of the compliance of health care organizations, that provide primary medical ophthalmological care, with the requirements of the Federal Law No 323-FZ in terms of preserving the appropriate order of healthcare rendering. The study revealed a significant shortage of medical personnel, the staffing is 39.35% of the required standards. The shortage of polyclinics with diagnostic and medical equipment is 54%.
