    The article presents the results of treatment of 89 patients with cubital syndrome. Features and results of surgical treatment of cubital syndrome using magnifying optics and microsurgical techniques are estimated.

    Key words: neuropathy of an ulnar nerve, cubital syndrome, anterization of an ulnar nerve.
