Congenital leukemia is a rare disease in the neonatal period. The difficulty of diagnosing this pathology is determined by its similarity with a number of other diseases of the neonatal period, such as sepsis, cytomegalovirus infection, congenital hepatitis, erythroblastosis, etc. The presented clinical case shows characteristic diagnostic criteria for congenital leukemia in a newborn child, the speed and aggressive nature of its course.

Key words: congenital leukemia, newborn child, leukemids.
