The article considers the problem of selfregulation in humans. Scientific approaches of the Russian and foreign authors to the human psychophysiological selfregulation are revealed. The positive sides of the autoheterosuggestive approach is noted. The methods, conditions and procedure are described of autoheterosuggestive exercises “Health” and “Ideal Image” for ophthalmological patients. The structure of the autoheterosuggestive programme for individual and group sessions is presented. The peculiarities of the ophthalmological diagnoses when having individual and group sessions are pointed out. During the study, the following measurements of the ophthalmological parameters were carried out: visual acuity, autorefractometry, autotonometry, noncontact thermometry of head, threshold of the electric sensitivity, electric lability, critical flicker-fusion frequency to the red, green and blue colours before selfregulation and after selfregulation. As a result of the study, we obtained a reliable and significant temperature increase in the eye periorbital region, improvement of the eye hydrodynamics, electric sensitivity increase, improvement of the retinal peripheral regional condition. The results of the investigation can substantially improve the treatment of the ophthalmological patients.
Key words: selfregulation, autotraining, heterosuggestion, muscular relaxation.
