The article shows the results of examination of 187 female patients with primary hypothyroidism depending on the level of thyroid failure. The examination included assessment of clinical, hemodynamic parameters, lipid and hormonal profile, endothelium function and kidney filtration function. It was demonstrated that the examined patients had such risk factors as obesity, arterial hypertension, atherogenic dyslipidemia, endothelium dysfunction, subclinical atherosclerosis, diastolic dysfunction and left ventricle hypertrophy. Disease compensation and long-term levothyroxine therapy did not lead to the decrease of risk factors severity.
Key words: primary hypothyroidism, risk factors, dyslipidemia, endothelium dysfunction.
