The work presents analysis of results of early primary repair tetralogy of Fallot (TF) in patients younger than five months old. 25 patients with early primary repair from January 2015 to March 2018 were included in the study. The method of right ventricle outflow tract reconstruction were analyzed. Transannular patch repair was performed in 18 patients, four patients were neonate. Valve-sparing procedure was performed in seven patients. Our results show that early primary complete repair of TF has low mortality. Valve-sparing primary repair of TF could be done in more than one-third of patients older than one month old.
Key words: congenital heart defects, tetralogy of Fallot, primary repair, transannular plasty, valve-sparing repair.
