This article is concerned with retrospective analysis of labor and delivery record of patients with preeclampsia, who delivered surgically in 2012-2014, with reference to archives of the labor and delivery department of City Hospital №16, in order to determine outcomes for a mother and a fetus. There were processed 4045 histories of pregnant women, who underwent cesarean delivery, of which 152 were delivered because of preeclampsia. 152 children were born, where 85 were transferred to the second stage of treatment. Postoperative complications were registered in 0.3% of cases, thromboembolic complications and maternal mortality cases were not registered. An increase in the incidence of preeclampsia since 2012 until 2014 1.4 times is revealed, operative abdominal delivery due to an increase of severity of the state of a mother and a fetus is growing steadily by 1.2 times. The most part of infants (55%) was transferred to the second phase of treatment due to comorbidity on the background of preeclampsia in a mother.
Key words: preeclampsia, pregnancy, cesarean section, outcomes for a mother and a newborn.
