Resection of urinary bladder in treatment of patients with neoplasms

The article presents the analysis of the structure of postoperative complications after resection of the bladder in 42 patients for muscle-invasive cancer, depending on the stage, location of the tumor in combination with adjuvant intravesical chemotherapy.On the basis of the obtained data are estimated the indications for resection of the bladder in the treatment of muscle-invasive cancer, as well as proposed methods for the prevention of complications in the postoperative period.
