Rehabilitation of patients with dislocated intraocular lens in pseudoexfoliation syndrome

The article presents the results of surgical treatment of 23 patients with a vitreous intra-capsular intraocular lens with a capsule bag, which was replaced for a lens in an anterior chamber. In the long-term observation period, intraocular lenses occupy the correct position. Visual acuity in all patients was restored to the level achieved after cataract phacoemulsification and was 0.6-1.0 with follow-up from one to four years.
