Provision with vitamin D and correction of its deficit during pregnancy

The article presents the results of research of the vitamin D influence on pregnancy and perinatal outcomes, which had been reviewed and summarized in meta-analyses of PubMed and Scopus databases. The authors’ own data are described, which are related to determining and implementing the optimal doses of vitamin D for preeclampsia prevention in women of the high risk group at different stages of pregnancy.
