The article presents the research results of the possibility to apply the biological feedback method in electroencephalogram (EEG) to the ophthalmological clinic. The data are provided which confirm the change of brain functional state of patients with ophthalmopathologies during a biological feedback therapy, as well as the positive impact of the biological feedback method on visual functions. When carrying out the training based on the rhythms of the brain EEG, it was revealed that, on the whole, the amplitude values of alpha rhythms had changed in the desired direction.
Key words: biological feedback, biological feedback therapy, biocontrol, electroencephalogram, alpha rhythm, ophthalmopathology.
