The study of the polymorphism of the IL6 gene from biopsy specimens of duodenal in schoolchildren was carried out. DNA genes were isolated from biopsy samples of duodenal with sorbent method, genetic typing was carried out with PCR method. As a result of our study, it was found that the frequency of occurrence of the GG genotype in patients with chronic gastroduodenitis combined with chronic cholecystitis is 1.5 times higher than that in patients with combined pathology of the gastroduodenal zone and functional disorders of the gallbladder. The frequency of occurrence of the CC genotype in patients with isolated chronic gastroduodenitis was 43%, in the group of patients with pathology of the gastroduodenal zone in combination with organic lesions of the biliary tract, this genotype was not found. In our study, the GG genotype was more common in patients with organic pathology of the biliary tract associated with H. pylori. Thus, we have found the prevalence of the GG polymorphism in the IL6-174 gene in patients with combined organic pathology of the gastroduodenal and biliary zone in children associated with H. pylori.

Keywords. Polymorphism of IL6 174 G/C gene, Helicobacter pylori, chronic gastroduodenitis, chronic cholecystitis, bile duct dysfunction, children.
