Clinical and laboratory polymorphism in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) causes difficulties in the differential diagnosis of this disease. The review summarizes data on the early clinical symptoms and laboratory changes in ALL in children. It is shown that, along with the classic manifestation, the clinical syndromes can develop anywhere in the body, which emphasizes the need to improve knowledge of cancer and oncologic alarm among doctors of all specialties.
Key words: acute lymphoblastic leukemia, polymorphism, children, differential diagnosis.
