    S.A. EREMIN

Republican Clinical Hospital of the MH of RT, 138 Orenburgskiy Tract, Kazan, Russian Federation, 420064

The article describes the criteria for the diagnosis of one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias, ECG analysis algorithms are described and the clinical status of patients with tachyarrhythmias. Given indications for antiarrhythmic therapy, drug and no-drug algorithms are described which allow restoring sinus rhythm, given dose and routes of administration of drugs.

Key words: paroxysmal tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, cardioversion.
