    Analysis of the medical history in women with constipation syndrome.

    Materials and methods. The case history of the patient F., born in 1966, who applied for advisory reception; collection, evaluation of complaints and anamnesis, examination, interpretation of research data.

    Results. The complaints, clinical, functional, laboratory studies of the patient, diagnosis of combined pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, Payr syndrome, and other abnormalities of many organs were analyzed.

    The conclusions. The case feature is the combination of Payr syndrome with another pathology (rectocele, colon diverticulosis, dolichosigma, hemorrhoids, biliary dysfunction, pelvic adhesive disease with additional fixation of sigma, hypothyroidism), leading to aggravation of the locking syndrome and requiring diagnosis, and correction.
