Objective: to study the possibility of using a new electrophysical method of ear noise treatment by dynamic correction of the sympathetic nervous system activity.

Materials and methods: the article presents the results of examination and treatment of 46 patients suffering from subjective ear noise and chronic sensorineural hearing loss of various degrees.

Results: the characteristic of clinical and neurovegetative features of these patients is given. A new method is proposed for treatment of subjective ear noise in patients with chronic sensorineural hearing loss and dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system.

Conclusions: This method of therapy has a minimum number of contraindications, and is not an invasive method of hearing pathology treatment. After the therapy in 43 patients (93.4 %) subjective ear noise decreased significantly.

Key words: chronic sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, treatment.
