     The article presents the analysis of the comparison of treatment of patients with secondary cataract by the posterior capsule peeling, surgical and laser discission. Our data showed that aspiration or surgical discission in patients with high myopia, instead of laser discission, reduces the risks of long-term complications, such as retinal detachment and macular edema, and is also a sparing and effective operation.
