Considering various approaches to the correction of nutritional deficiency in children with somatic pathology and children with CKD, variants of correction of protein-energy deficiency for a patient at the pre-dialysis stage of CKD and during dialysis are presented. The article presents detailed recommendations for changing lifestyle. Recommendations are presented for intake of protein, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins and the energy value of the diet with a choice of foods and dishes. The tables presented in the article are of practical interest. The starting positions of the elimination diet for outpatient and inpatient patients are described.
