Ischemic renal long time has no specific symptoms, and therefore usually detected at late stages of chronic kidney disease. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment can not only reduce the incidence of end-stage renal failure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications, but also to change patients’ life expectancy.

Key words: ischemic kidney disease, diagnostics, treatment, antihypertensive therapy, evidence-based medicine.
