Modern principles of diagnosing and treatment of lambliasis in children

Lamblia are one of the most frequent infectious agents in humans. Children under 5 years old are most prone to the disease. The article presents the modern views on epidemiology, pathogenesis, principles of clinical-laboratory diagnosing and treatment of lambliasis in children. The detailed characteristics of anti-lambliasis drugs are given, as well as recommendations for preferable treatment techniques in various clinical situations.
