The issue of nosocomial infections prevention is a component part of the problem of patient safety, medical staff health and carequality. The epidemiological safety of diagnostic and treatment processis provided by the punctual execution of a complex of organizational, sanitation and epidemic control activities, including the processing of the medical personnel hands with skin antiseptics using thenon-contact disinfection systems; usingclosed-type irradiators-recirculators; using high purity filters for air disinfection; using electronic terminals with sets of clothes; organization of central sterilization departments that meet modern requirements.
