This article presents the clinical case of monitoring the patient with tractional ciliochoroidal effusion, who was operated using the method of intraocular cyclopexy with video-endoscopic system. Application of video-endoscopic system during surgery allows an objective analysis of the state of the structures of the anterior segment of the eye, determination of the location of the cyclodialysis, its extent, regardless of the transparency of the optical media, maximizing visualization of the operating field, and in cases of the tractional ciliary-choroidal detachment, mobilizing the exfoliated ciliary body, making it free from traction of cyclical commissures.
Key words: ciliochoroidal effusion, tractional cyclodialysis, surgical treatment.
