The article presents the results of reconstruction of inconsistent uterus scar through vaginal access outside of pregnancy. An inconsistent scar is a risk factor for fetoplacental insufficiency, fetal hypoxia, anomalies in the location and attachment of the placenta and rupture of the uterus along the scar. The operation was performed on 34 patients. A consistent scar was formed in 32 patients (94%) by the 6th month after the operation. 13 patients (38%) became pregnant after 9 months ― 1.5 year, 7 of them delivered at 38-39 weeks. Endometriosis is one of the causes of the inconsistency of the uterus scar (32%).
Key words: inconsistent uterine scar, reconstruction, vaginal access.
