The paper objective is to study the prevalence and structure of isolated daytime hypertension by means of 24-hours monitoring of blood pressure. The survey included 1112 pregnant women with normal blood pressure and high blood pressure. All women underwent 24-hour monitoring of arterial blood pressure. The criteria for blood pressure parameters were set according to the recommendations of the Russian Cardiology Society (PCS) of 2013 and recommendations of European Society of Hypertension of 2003. Three subgroups of patients with high blood pressure were allocated, who had a common parameter of isolated systolic high blood pressure. The percentage of women with arterial hypertension increases since the 25th week of pregnancy. 24-hours monitoring of blood pressure is an important method of daytime hypertension estimation at any gestational period.
Key words: pregnancy, arterial hypertension, 24-hour monitoring of blood pressure.
