Intravitreal dexamethasone implant for the treatment of macular edema in patients with chronic non-infectious uveitis and pseudophakia

The paper presents two clinical cases of macular edema treatment in patients with chronic non-infectious uveitis and pseudophakia. Both patients underwent phacoemulsification of uveal cataract and were treated with a DEX 0.7 mg intravitreal implant in the postoperative period. In both cases, visual acuity and tomograhic indicators were improved.
