According to the results of the study of tooth enamel ultrastructure by atomic force microscopy, violation of mineralogy and organization of enamel prisms in individuals with signs of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) are in place. Atomic force microscope investigation makes it possible to study in detail the internal structures of the enamel of teeth with and without CTD, which have a specific content and certain principles of forming their individual characteristics.
Key words: atomic force microscope investigation, connective tissue dysplasia, dental enamel of a human.
