The article presents the experience of performing a single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with uncomplicated cholelithiasis. The gradual introduction of various techniques is described, the choice of tools for performing these operations, the technical characteristics of ports and special curved manipulators for single port surgery. A version of single access laparoscopic cholecystectomy is described, by introducing three trocars through the umbilical ring and using devices to create multiple access, showing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. The clinical results are presented, with an analysis of completed cholecystectomies using the original port and developed tools. The most convenient way of using laparoscopic tools to perform single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is selected and systematized.

Key words: single laparoscopic access, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, single-port cholecystectomy, port.
