Comparative influence of ursodeoxycholic acid (Ursofalk and Ursosan) on blood lipids level in 198 patients with gallstone disease (GSD) is studied. For this purpose patients were divided into two groups: the 1st group (84 people) received Ursofalk (Dr Falk), the 2nd group (114 people) received Ursosan (ProMedPraga). It is revealed that the reliable difference between change of the lipids maintenance after treatment with Ursofalk and Ursosan was not discovered. Thus, both ursodeoxycholic acids almost equally influence the level of lipids and lipoproteins of blood in patients with GSD.
Key words: gallstone disease, lipids, lipoproteins, blood, ursodeoxycholic acid preparations.
