The article presents the data of numerous scientific researches of the changes in the eye hydrodinamics after cataract phacoemulsification with the posterior chamber IOL implantation. The high efficiency and prospects of further research in this sphere are demonstrated.
Keywords: phacoemulsification of cataract, intraocular pressure.
