A clinical analysis of the psychosis associated with the use of Spice on the basis of the study of 17 men hospitalized in psychonarcological department of Ivanovo Regional Narcological Clinic in 2013 and 2014 is given. It is proved that psychosis can develop not only in chemically dependent patients, but also in consumers of psychoactive substances who do not have dependence. In a clinical picture of the psychosis was observed a phenomenon of «shizophrenization» that requires special attention to differential diagnosis and treatment approaches.

Key words: drug and toxic substances dependence, induced psychotic disorders.
