    The publication presents the individual characteristics of improving the children’s outpatient associations in the Moscow region on the example of North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. The actual structure of patients’ visits to various doctors is analyzed; the results of the doctors’ work are given, based on comparing the planned and actual performance proportionally to the set cost of a single visit.

    Key words: primary health care, children’s outpatient centers (associations), three-level system.
