    The research objective is to study anticipation solvency, social intelligence, logical operations of thinking and psychosocial functioning in patients with schizophrenia.

    Materials and methods. The study group consisted of 100 people (50 men and 50 women) treated at the Republic Clinical Psychiatric Hospital named after Academician V.M. Bekhterev. The patients were in the stage of forming the psychotic syndromes remission.

    Results. Clinical-psychopathological and experimental-psychological methods revealed disorders in all investigated parameters. Correlation analysis showed dependence between the level of socio-psychological functioning and the logical thinking operations, anticipation and social intelligence disorders.

    Conclusion. The data obtained can be used to develop effective rehabilitation programs for patients with schizophrenia and improve their quality of life.
