Immunological concept of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasias

The revealed violations of mucosal immunity, determined by genetic polymorphisms of cytokine expression, modulate the risk of onset and progression of dysplastic processes in the cervix on the background of adaptogenic potential reduction and HPV invasion. In this regard, it is necessary to conduct immunomodulation, preferably with peptide immunity regulators with different ways of drug administration.
