The article presents a case of treatment of multilevel arteriosclerotic lesions of lower limbs arteries in a patient with critical ischemia combined with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Hybrid reconstruction technique was chosen; its detailed description is given. The clinical and angiographic effects of the treatment is described.
Key words: critical ischemia, hybrid reconstruction.
