Histomorphometric of bone tissue — new methods diagnostic of osteoporosis

In article the results of research bone tissue samples by the young and advanced age patients discussed. Assessment bone tissue were carried out new methods developed by authors. This methods is definition of density bone and area intrabecular spaces. In our research was revealed decrease bone density, increase areas of intrabecular spaces and reduction average diameter trabecular by spongious bone in old age patients. Conclusion was done about development senile osteoporosis by old age patients. The new methods are recommended for assessment status of bone tissue and diagnostic osteoporosis.
