The article presents the results of a survey of 95 convalescents of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) after 3 months and a year after the disease. Renal function, blood pressure, and glucose metabolism were evaluated. In HFRS convalescents, chronic kidney disease, hypertension and hyperglycemia were found. The correlation analysis was performed between the markers of renal disease, carbohydrate metabolism, and the fever severity. 12% of patients showed signs of focal interstitial fibrosis in the kidney during ultrasound analysis. Also it was found that 12.6% of convalescents had hypertension.
