There were observed 13 sickly children with signs of adenoiditis and pharyngolaryneal reflux, therefore was revealed gluten intolerance. Two sickly children had celiac disease, three — gluten sensitivity, eight — allergy to wheat. Against the background of gluten-free diet, children were less ill, their health improved, normal nasal breathing was recovered.

Key words: adenoiditis, sickly children, gluten, allergy, pharyngolaryneal reflux.
