Functions of an eye and effect of phenofibrate in a long time after laser retinal photocoagulation in patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy

Dynamic observation of patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy on the background of diabetes mellitus type 2 within 3 years after laser treatment has allowed to set decrease in the amplitude of the b-wave and increase indicators of latency of electroretinography, while prescription of fenofibrates eliminates the negative effect of laser photocoagulation on retina.
