    The paper presents the characteristic features of the course of infective endocarditis, urinary syndrome and signs of renal dysfunction. The first case presents patient with acute renal failure and fever, the second one presents the patient with endocarditis against renal pathology.

    Key words: infective endocarditis, renal dysfunction, acute renal failure, urinary syndrome.
