A retrospective analysis of the results of surgical treatment of aortic dissection type A according to the Stanford classification was carried out. The results of treatment depending on the type of operation and types of perfusion performance are studied. The factors of high in-hospital mortality in case of aortic dissection type A according to the Stanford classification are defined. The necessity of surgical treatment of aortic dissection in the shortest time is revealed.
Key words: aortic dissection, aortic prosthesis, surgical treatment of aortic dissection.
