Evaluation of cholecalciferol effectiveness in the complex treatment of essential arterial hypertension in children

The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of vitamin D3 aqueous solution in the complex treatment of children with essential arterial hypertension. Vitamin D3 was administered enterally as an aqueous solution of cholecalciferol for 3 months once every day in the dose of 1500 IU under the initial decrease of 25(OH)D level in blood plasma. The positive effect of the drug was proved, which consists in restoring the normal content of 25 (OH)D in blood plasma and reducing systolic blood pressure.
