    400 patients in clinics of Amur region and in Amur Region Infection Hospital were examined. Epidemic history was collected for all patients, which included passport anamnesis data, as well as professional history and territorial data. The article presents the results of research of the epidemiology features of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. The dominant ways of transmission, sources of infection, risk groups and territories are identified.

    Key words: hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, epidemiology, reservoir, way of transmission.
