    This article contains the analysis of epidemiological data of children with chronic Hepatitis C virus infection in the Republic of Tatarstan in 1995-2013, with territorial analysis of the disease spreading by Tatarstan regions. The epidemiological characteristics оf chronic Hepatitis C virus infection in 168 children is given. The analysis shows that there are 3 periods of HCV infection in children. The disease rate grew in 1999 with mainly artificial ways of transmitting, and in 2006 with mainly parenteral and sexual ways of transmitting among the adolescents, mainly boys. Uneven territorial distribution of the HCV infection in Tatarstan regions is marked, it being the most frequent in Elabuga, Atnya and Bugulma regions.
