The article describes the coagulation stage of hemostasis by trombodynamic method in 66 pregnant and postpartum women without preeclampsia, with surgical delivery due to obstetric indications and/or extragenital pathology (n=32), and in pregnant and postpartum women with preeclampsia of varying degrees of severity, with surgical delivery (n=34). In both groups the hypercoagulation state was indicated, which in pre-eclampsia group was much more pronounced and slowly came to the normal condition , especially in postpartum women with severe preeclampsia. Also the prognostic significance of tromboyinamic method was shown in case of increase of the severity preeclampsia; the most informative parameters of this method were highlighted.
Key words: pregnancy, hypercoagulation, preeclampsia, trombodynamics.
