The article presents the results of research of the peripheral vitreoretinal interface in 46 patients with valvular ruptures of the retina based on modern non-invasive diagnostic techniques. Various clinical variations of vitreous fixation to the retinal flap were revealed. According to the obtained data, the differential approach to laser treatment was determined.
Key words: vitreoretinal interface, valvular ruptures of the retina, vitreal traction strands.
